For most South Shore homes, we recommend:
Coastal Properties (Scituate, Marshfield): Every 8–12 weeks to combat salt spray.
Inland Homes (Norwell, Hanover): Quarterly or biannual cleanings for pollen and dust.
Commercial and high‑traffic properties may benefit from monthly service.

After booking, you’ll receive:
1 confirmation email of the booking with all the relevant information including time, location, services, etc.
3 reminder emails, one the week before, one the day before, and once more the hour leading up to the appointment.
1 Personal text 30 minutes prior letting you know that we are on our way!

Nothing—just clear access to your windows and hose. We bring purified‑water filtration, eco‑friendly cleaning agents, all tools, and our own power supply.

Light Rain: Yes—our purified‑water system prevents water spots, so a light drizzle won’t affect quality.
Heavy Rain or High Winds: We’ll reschedule to ensure safety and optimal results.
Winter Months: We operate down to 20°F, using specialized de‑icing detergents to clear salt and grime.
